Return&Refund
At cynthiasquad, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read the following guidelines to ensure your return or exchange is processed smoothly.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Certain products, including but not limited to sale items, intimate wear, and gift cards, are non-returnable.
If you believe your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will assist you in processing a return.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

to inform us of your intention to return an item.
Provide your order number, item description, and reason for the return.
We will send you a return authorization and the necessary instructions for returning the item to us.
All returns must be shipped with tracking. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your return is not approved (e.g., the item was not returned in acceptable condition), we will notify you, and the item will be sent back to you.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us before sending the original item back. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will process your return and refund the amount.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider, as there may be processing delays. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at cynthiasquad@outlook.com.
6. Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be issued store credit via email.
7. Final Sale Items
Some items are marked as "Final Sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
8. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item).
9. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. International returns will be refunded in the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
